A table online for 830PM 22/10/2022. if we try not to book when we get the reception conditions. I didn't do it with that. absolutely poor service, so staff rude. not on all. absolutel

Once we were finally allowed in, the food was good, and the younger waitstaff were friendly and attentive. However, the maitre d' really needs to reflect on his behavior and control his ego. We were seated in a private room, which, despite its beauty, lacked any ambiance. If I were considering this place as a wedding venue, I would have serious concerns about the ability of the person in charge.

I was really disappointed that we were the only three guests booked, especially since I had specifically informed them in advance that none of us could eat fish, yet they still brought out three fish sandwiches. They had to take them back and start over. Additionally, when I arrived and paid, the new staff at the reception didn't see my payment, so I had to provide my receipt as proof. The service was quite poor, especially given that we were the only guests there. I won’t be returning.

Although the menu was different, what was advertised on the website, it was absolutely delicious. we had the vegan afternoon tea and would definitely go back. a really nice day.

Most cakes/berries were soggy or dry. sandwiches limited. very expensive and disappointing. would not recommend. no decorations on the wall at all.
