Taco Bell - Newport News

I understand that the restaurant industry can be fast-paced. I placed an order for 6 soft tacos, a bean burrito, and a supreme meal, along with two small slushies. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but it was manageable. However, I was disappointed to find that the most expensive taco was missing from my order. While I appreciate the effort to take their time and get the order right, the prices were high at $37. Additionally, the two small slushies cost $6 each. Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this establishment.

Nice environment inside, busy drive thru and inside, sat patiently for meal prep. Provided coupons for waiting. Nice gesture by staff.

I don’t know why. I drove up to the window to pick up a order. The order is not ready. So I’m waiting until one of the woman told me to back up she had me backed up until I couldn’t see the inside the store. Like I said I don’t know why they had me do that but I don’t trust this place. It’s like we gonna mess with your food ?. Usually they say move forward when order is not ready but backing up. I just don’t wanna eat at this pace any more

Do they have like, one employee or something? Everytime I've come here the drive-thru takes FOREVER. Food is usually alright though, if you wanna wait 20 minutes for it...

I recently tried the Mexican pizza at this restaurant after reading an article about it that was released on the 19th. Whoever made this pizza and thought it was acceptable to serve to someone clearly needs better training. The cashier handed me my order carelessly, and the pizza did not match what was depicted on the menu or in the advertisements. This is definitely false advertising. When I arrived at the window to pay, there were several employees present who should have ensured that my order was prepared correctly. In addition, my chalupa was not fresh as I had requested. It seems that the employees at this location need to be retrained, and perhaps the management as well.
