Taco Bell - Newport News

I like Taco Bell, however, I wish they would use a different type of salad as it always tastes strange.

The service was quick and efficient, and my food was carefully packaged, hot, and accurate.

I often encounter issues when the restaurant is not busy. I would advise that the staff not be so rude and careless with their service. Also, there seems to be an issue with the quality of the food.

Let me tell you something I love taco bell. in the last time I got a bad service at the frederick boulevard in portsmouth, so I decided to try different places as I live in newport news, I thought I would visit the one on the mercury boulevard and when I told them they had my order exactly right baby I fell in love again in taco bell! the staff is friendly, eating is great and fresh, what can I ask for more? this will go my to taco bell thank you ladies for making this a wonderful experience

I had to wrap my own food cause it was falling out the bag and the workers were rude no mask on cursing when trying to explain to them about my food being all inside the bag the worker acted as if it was my fault I was so ashamed as a former worker in the fast food industry this business displayed and how much care they put in there work!
