They have a punch card and after so many visits you get to turn it in for free side or bowl. Apparently only one manager recognizes it. Couldn't turn mine in. Rude front counter girl explained me the rules. Telling me it's only good with some of them. Wasn't able to turn my stamped ticket in to redeem what was advertised. Place wint get my money anymore

Service was great. The lady was very helpful and kind. First time getting ramen here. It wasn't very hot and the egg was overcooked. I've gotten the rainbow poke bowl and that was excellent. The Takoyaki was also good. It's fried octopus and my son loved it. I don't think I will be getting the ramen again, but the poke bowl is great.

Sucks to lose another good spot but my patience for racism is at an all time low. I have spend hundreds here always tip and get treated like a thief every time I visit this place. Not ever black person has a stolen credit card or trying to snatch your tip jar. You should be ashamed.

The place is clean, but it feels cold and empty. Food is fresh, but it's nothing spectacular. The way you place order is impersonal- I get it you mark on the paper menu what items you want and they put that in your bag with your order as a confirmation, but beyond paying for and picking up your order there is limited interaction with staff.I may give it another try.

The bowl itself was fair. The corn kernels were big and tough, the shrimp were small. The rice was good. The spring rolls were the worst I've ever had in my life. Okay on the outside, but gummy on the inside. As far as decor: the lighting was harsh and the seating was uncomfortable. The light switch in the bathroom was broken and the sink was smeared with dirt and grease. For beverages, there are some canned drinks in the fridge, but that's it. Counter person was okay, not exactly helpful, not exactly rude. All in all I'll never go back.
