We order take-out from Wasa ALL the time. Their sushi and sashimi is usually excellent. This time we decided to eat there and the chicken teriyaki was terrible! We seemed to remember that from another time. It was tasteless and dry. The miso soup was watery and the shrimp tempura was nothing special. We are very disappointed.

Wasa is always consistent. Such great food and ambiance.
Did not honor reservation. No table available. Staff incompetent and does not care. While waiting another guest complained that he waited over an hour for a take out order and the manager had no explanation at all and really did not seem to care. We did not want to wait forever with a staff that was that poor so we left and never ate there.
