The Beachcomber Cafe - Newport Beach

I recommend very!!! The views are amazing and it was warm with several heaters outside! Service was impeccable and they had a SKINNY MULE!!!! It was delicious! Food came out very quickly and it tasted great!! We ordered the artichokes and we didn't know what we were for. You have to scratch the artichokes with your teeth if you never tried them. We will return!

Great location. Had to park the car a little far away and take the shuttle to the restaurant. The shuttle is available every 10 mins. Parking tickets are validated by the restaurant. If it is not windy or cold then we can also take the trail and walk from the parking lot to the restaurant. The food was great! The restaurant is on the beach. Service was great. April attended us. She helped us with the order. She was very patient friendly with changes to kids orders. Plan ahead to avoid long wait times on weekends.

It was a long wait. But we added our names to the wait list and spent time on the beach. Many of us were vegetarian and they were more than happy to make changes/add to make it vegetarian friendly. Very tasty food. Plus points for fresh squeezed juice.

We had a great dinner here after exploring the tide pools. It looked really busy but we were seated without a wait. We sat right on the beach with plenty of shade from the table umbrellas the views were priceless. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was thoughtful and friendly and able to accommodate an odd request so thankful for his creativity! This meal was a highlight of our vacation!

Such an amazing place with amazing food! Not to mention the view! Omg! Best tomato soup I've tasted in my life! Also, you can't leave without ordering the beignets. Just amazing!!!
