Sushi Roku Newport Beach

The staff here is incredible. We came for dinner with our two kids and they made sure we had a comfortable place to wait until our table was ready. Then, there was the food!! Such great sushi!! We will definitely be back, best service of our entire trip!

I had authentic Japanese hot soup, delicious ramen and sushi here! Be sure to make a reservation before going. Before I could even take a photo, the delicious food was gone.

Everything was great but the menu prices. I guess it's because they have to pay the Irvine Conpany lots of rent and taxes

A wonderful restaurant, with varied food, good taste. The menu for selecting dishes is weak. There is no barcode or pictures to fulfill the desires of the restaurant’s visitors due to the difference in languages ​​and the lack of people’s knowledge of the types of sushi, as well as the limited options for fried cooked sushi. The prices are high. We hope to develop the menu. I recommend visiting the restaurant to experience the experience.

Roku has become one of my absolute go-to sushi restaurants. The deluxe sushi platter is fantastic and at $50, it’s not crazy for how much you get. My wife and I go and will each get one and maybe an appetizer like the calamari or one of their specialty rolls, which are fantastic. It can get quite packed but usually will have room to walk in for lunch. Dinner I’d recommend a reservation. Parking is a mess but there is plenty of it if you are willing to walk because Fashion Island is ringed by a huge parking lot. The rest of Fashion Island is nice to walk around afterwards or you could obviously go right down to the beach.
