Starbucks - Newport Beach

For some reason at this location the workers are rude. I have been going there for a couple of years because I live a 2 minute walk from there. Before, there were some rude black guys that worked there but they must have been fired or quit but since then it's been a rude white female and a semi-rude asian female. I gave this location about ten chances to be nice to me before I wrote this Yelp review because I know that everyone has a bad day sometimes and didn't want to have to go on Yelp and write a bad review but enough is enough so here I am telling the world that the customer service at this location sucks and I will never go back there again.

I love starbucks. My usual is a grande caramel frappuccino with whip cream. Great selection of drinks and food. Try the egg, sausage, and cheddar biscuit, the peppermint mocha hot with whip cream, hot chocolate with whip cream.

Had a tall hot almond milk white chocolate latte with whip cream. Easy to place order, the cashier had great verbal communication skills. Felt right at home.

Great green matcha green tea lattes, staff is always friendly.

When went this morning, I asked what kind of breakfast sandwich they have n the lady(Aaliyah) went thru the sandwich so fast that I didn't even understand anything she said n on top of that I had to wait another 15-20 min because she forgot to turn the oven on.
