Stacks Pancake House - Newport Beach

Great place to breakfast favorites from the Aloha condition. In the past, there is often a line and seating are served first. The outdoor seating on the terrace is great, and they bring the food to you. You don't have to choose between sweet and savory. If you get an omelette, you can get a small stack of pancakes as side. Your boyberry syrup is amazing. If you are just sweet the white lava pancakes are amazing. The Macadamia sauce should die. Drinks tend to be a little sweet, but if you try tropical fruit juice, the island ice tea.

Our first visit here and the name catches our attention to try. After we had ordered us to go. It wasn't a problem out there was a nice day to be out. We found a table dirty from someone who cleaned us before. Later, after we finished eating, the cleaning tables started. I had California Eggs Benedict with apple wood bacon and Turkey came with potatoes. My wife had regular buttermilk pancakes. I had coffee and my wife had fresh orange juice. The prices were reasonable and did not take long to prepare. There were many employees. We both enjoyed our food was good, not spectacular.

Phenomenal food! Everything here was nice, from the atmosphere to the food. My omelet and pancakes were incredible! The French toast was a bit dry, but okay. Great hot chocolate and great crepes!

Plans for an early breakfast with my beast before Christmas here. It was a little hard to find, for some reason Google tried to send us to one in Irvine. Really small interiors, but generously divided exterior seats. The menu had all good breakfast items. We chose to share Oreo pancakes and eggs Benedict together with two coffees. Coffee was refillable when you return to the switch. The best part of the meal were these oreo pancakes! Light, fluffy, simply sweet enough, with Oreo through the pancake and topping. I would have eaten another order, they were beautiful. The eggs Benny was solid, good Hollandaise sauce served with one side of potatoes. Overall, great place.

Stacks was good but could have been better. I had seen videos of other locations that really had me sold. Everything we had was very average and plain. We easily could Have found it at our local pancake joint. Also they were late in getting me my iced coffee. It wasn’t brought out until near the end of the meal. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I would have thought a breakfast place would be more on top of getting coffee in people.
