We just thought for desert and Sarg comevacross the parking lot of another restaurant that was too loud to even hear about the table and about price for what we have. Never it was in Marche, we found it a very stylish decor and had a fantastic waiter help us make a desert and cheese selection to go with our night capsule. What Fred Luxenburg doesn't like about Marche Moderne:
We had a salad for starters and that mixed salad was great. Main course we got a fish soup and a Angus filet with pepper sauce and french fries. The meat was served in a pan which made it hard to cut it. French fries was not great either and it was barely no pepper sauce. Everything was dry. The Bouillabaisse was mediocre. We started with a mixed salad, which was quite enjoyable. For the main course, we ordered a fish soup and an Angus filet with pepper sauce and French fries. The meat was served in a pan, making it difficult to cut, and the fries were disappointing—hardly impressive. Additionally, the pepper sauce was barely there, leaving everything feeling dry. The Bouillabaisse was just average. While the ambiance is pleasant and you can sense their ambition, they unfortunately fall short of delivering a great experience.

I don't usually get "excited" about food, but this restaurant takes it to another level. Everything on the menu will impress you. The service is unparalleled. I've dined at restaurants all over the world, and I can confidently say this place surpasses them all. Be sure to try the Coq Au Vin—you'll thank me later!
Everything was delicious! While their tasting menu was absolutely stunning (especially their presentations), ordering from the regular (and the special) menu would be more flexible. Portions were surprisingly generous.
My wife and I enjoyed a sensational dining experience at Marché Moderne! The restaurant offers a refined atmosphere with comfortable well spaced seating. The service is impeccable and memorable. Philippe was a man of magic, offering attentive and detailed service while setting a luxuriously relaxed pace. The tasting menu was tempting but we opted for our own menu selections. The hamachi was certainly a standout as were the braised lamb shank and Icelandic cod. And the heavenly hazelnut macaron panacotta that I would possibly commit crimes for. Honorable mention to the Manhattan a L'Orange. We may have just found a new favorite spot along the coast.
