My wife and I enjoyed this restaurant. We only saw two employees, but they were very attentive. Tai seemed to be the host, server manager and had an assistant. He was personally and well informed about the menu, and often checked for us. The food and bar drinks were very good. I had the 3-day cook special, which was a great value at $30. Going to this restaurant was a terrible experience. Our waitress was one of the worst I've ever had. We waited 15 minutes for drinks. When she finally came to take our order, she said she forgot her pen. She disappeared for another 20 minutes. The food was cold and tasteless. Used a Travelzoo on this and it was worth itThis was our first Romantic date in awhile and we were visiting town for the weekend.
Wonderful place and friendly people Excellent burger made with good quality meat cooked to perfection.
Pretty decent breakfast buffet I booked a room with breakfast included which worked out nice $30 per person on a Sunday morning.
Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we couldn't eat it home in time. That being said, the only response / action was to say that you and our server are sorry. We will continue to recommend Jerico's, but also warn.
We go once a week. You can't beat the food or the service !!
