Next, we ordered the mixed tempura plate, which was deliciously light and crispy. The dipping sauce added a rich flavor that complemented the tempura without overwhelming it. The plate featured a delightful mix of peppers, sweet potatoes, broccoli, zucchini, acorn squash, onions, and beautiful long shrimp. Then, it was time for the sushi. We ordered the Shogun Roll (a specialty roll not listed on the menu), the Volcano Roll, the Monster Roll, and a Spider Roll. I was impressed with the flavors and craftsmanship of the sushi; it was tightly wrapped and didn’t fall apart while we were eating. The Shogun Roll and the Monster Roll stood out as my favorites. This was also my first experience trying eel sushi, which was excellent. The service was outstanding; our drinks were always full, and the staff was attentive whenever we were ready for the next course without making us feel rushed. We left a little before 5:00 PM, and the restaurant was quite busy at that time. If you're planning to visit during peak dining hours, I would highly recommend making a reservation.

I’ve been going to Fujiyama every month, and it consistently impresses me. The sushi is always fresh and beautifully arranged, offering a fantastic selection of rolls and sashimi. The shrimp fried rice is exceptional! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Doki and Shyun are outstanding sushi chefs. All the servers are wonderful, especially Cody, who took care of us today. If you’re in search of high-quality sushi and a delightful dining experience, this is definitely the place to visit!
