Blue Bottle Coffee - Newport Beach

This place serves incredible coffee, and the outdoor seating is a nice touch. I highly recommend trying the cookie and the waffles, although they sometimes sell out by the end of the day. I ordered a classic latte, while my friend opted for the seasonal black cardamom latte, which was absolutely delicious. Parking can be challenging, but there's a large lot next to the marine store.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. Blue Bottle serves top-notch coffee, and they make the best flat white I’ve ever tasted in Orange County. They default to oat milk, which saves me $1 with each order. The shop is situated within a co-working space, so seating is limited unless you pay for the area, which costs $4 per hour. Their pastries and cookies are amazing, and I've always received excellent service during my visits.

You can buy coffee here, but don’t expect to find a place to sit and enjoy it. There was no one in the back, so we settled in to look at the million-dollar yachts that are clearly out of our reach, only to be informed that we weren’t allowed to sit there. They charge $4 an hour for the outside chairs, but it seems those are only available for their paying clients. The atmosphere felt quite pretentious, which isn’t really my style. My coffee wasn’t great, but the other two were decent. The staff member who asked us to leave was polite about it, which is why I gave them 3 stars.

Great coffee! Freshly ground and brewed. If you a coffee drinker like me then this is your spot for sure. Amazing location, friendly staff and good service. Two thumbs up!

I’ve been here multiple times, coffee is good, breakfast sandwiches are good but the staff could do a better job at greeting people and respond.
