I gave there 5 starts only so people see it!!!!!!! We order bugs that took 20-30 minutes to get our food. We were the only ones back then. After dinner it was not completely cooked. the sever took waste from the ground and then tried to help us without washing their hands.

Menu has changed as the owners, as this menu has been published. Restaurant was rebuilt. It's much cleaner that used to be, but the atmosphere is gone. The food is too terrible on average.

If you are looking for excellent fresh seafood and a casual food, go to the Sand Bar Grill in Nye Beach. The street level is your basic bar and pool table connection, but will not be deceived. Upstairs there is a pleasant dining room and an outdoor area overlooking Nye Beach. You will be richly rewarded with heavenly buckets of steamed shells, shells, fresh oysters, crab cake, fish prepared several possibilities, and more, all served with immediate and friendly service. It is a good place for families, couples and groups of friends. Whether you come from the beach in your shorts and flip-flops, it doesn't matter. Just enjoy a cool drink and some wonderful food! We can't wait to go back.

The new owners did a great job here. Food and service were both excellent. Had fish tacos, onion rings and a creamsicle to drink. They even brought a bowl of water for my dog. The presentation was beautiful and perfectly cooked!! Will definitely be back
