McDonald's - Newport

Good staff, but sometimes do something busy to lack personnel. Management is good, staff are polite and polite. Haidyn L. is one of the top employees who goes beyond his duties to satisfy customers. I recommend this restaurant

Two people have made us at this point: Gary, who was funny, attentive and simply generally pleasant, esp a treat as I had a very excited 5 Yo with me. And when we came back to dinner (not a regular habit) the ambassador replaced the identical toy she had received earlier that day with another that caused great joy! Kudos to these two Gents!

The food was fine but customer service was horrible.

Sunday night at 6:30 and the doors are locked Employees standing around inside and a line of 10 cars in drive through.
