The Lawn at Castle Hill Inn - Newport

The food was perfect and we enjoyed it. for the price, however, there were absolutely no acceptabilities - no roll or other tasty greetings. our server was in order, but overall the service was not just the expectations. for example, a dirty lazy was on the table when server came out with our eating, they had no idea where it was to be brought in, while my dining room partner handed over the dirty dish to an extra person who is just there. it was dried eating on several plates, cremers, etc. the attention to detail seemed to be missing for a raised environment. I doubt we're back.

Our server juliette was fabulous! she was attentive and knowledgeable about the menus. we loved our three courses and will of course be back soon!

I treated my friend to lunch to celebrate her birthday. We throughly enjoyed our lobster salad sandwiches. Our server was attentive, the ambiance was lovely, and the libations were yummy too. A truly relaxing afternoon in a special place. Looking forward to returning.

Restaurant Week experience was awesome. We ate in the beautiful Sunset Room. Food excellent. Hostess charming. Waitress very attentive.
