Subway - Newport

We placed an order online and said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Went in to pick it up and was told they have to take care of people inside first. While he stood there, they continued to take new orders from those walking in after him. Not only did we wait 20 minutes after ordering online to pick it up, but to wait an additional 25 minutes before he finally was able to get his food!! This is horrible service!! I guess our $20-$30 orders mean nothing. If your going to accept orders online, then be sure to honor the time it says it will be ready!! Won't order from here again. Jimmy John's is just down the road.

The young gentleman that was there the evening my granddaughter and myself stopped by, he was very attentive to our needs! ???

They do not take coupons did not tell us intill we after subs where half made wasent her falt she was very nice but who owns this place should be ashamed of them selfs not taking coupons an not being posted that they don't take them with the price of their subs evey where else takes them an on top of it their where Flys everywhere that the worker was swatting so they would not land on food so sad will never ever eat here agin

Their sandwiches always end up soggy before you can eat them. When you say light dressing, watch what they are doing.

Only boight gas and a Pepsi. Lady behind the counter was friendly.
