I haven't been here since it was called Tastee Freeze, lol yep I'm a little old. I saw their lunch special on FB and decided this was where I'm eating lunch. Meatloaf, white beans and fried green tomatoes. Delish. Everything was so good and the icing on the cake...the small piece of coconut cake that was included, yummy. I will be going back. What Samantha Wilde doesn't like about People's Choice:
The waitress we had was very rude. If you have smaller children don't take them here. You will get nothing but,eye rolls and staring if they make any kind of noise. I have a special needs child and it's hard enough taking them anywhere. We had heard good things about this place and I honestly don't understand the hype.We didn't even wait to get our food because,we felt so unwelcome there. I just know we will never be... Nice small restaurant, been here a dozen times past several years and always good. Biscuits and gravy , grits are good. Great place for breakfast.
Vegetarian options: Its just a country cooking diner. If you don't want meat don't order it Parking: There's parking on each side of the diner

Small, hometown restaurant. It is cash only. We go weekly! Very friendly and attentive staff. Food is always good! Could use a “Kid’s Menu” section. Breakfast is also very good!
