I love this place. my fiancée and I have visited the bar area in the last weeks a few times and are always well treated by the personal. the drinks are also great. the only reason why I give him 4 stars out of a solid 5 is that, oh my quality, they need to get the air conditioning. it's 80 degrees out and I feel like his cooler out than it's inside. if this changes in our future visit, I will change my review to a 5/... What User doesn't like about One Bellevue:
The worst dinner experience I've ever had, not to mention that I came to the restaurant 3 times by e-mail to hopefully fix how terrible our experience was, and do not receive any answer. I thought that would be a 5-star experience, and I had a better service at a dipping. View all feedback.
The food was bland and WAY too expensive for the quality and portions you receive. The service was very slow. There was only 2 other tables. It was nice in there but I wouldn't ever recommend or return.
Not worth the visit. All the food is extremely subpar, and the ambiance was nothing special in comparison to other boutique hotels' dining rooms. The service was good, but our server made a pretty major mistake of ringing us up for the a different table's bill. Not sure how she did that when there were maybe only 3 parties dining at the restaurant including ourselves. Luckily for them, we had a reservation, so they called us asking to authorize being billed the correct amount, which was about $100 more. If we were just a walk-in party, they definitely would've had to eat the cost.
We had an amazing dinner here outside on their patio and got to experience live music by the Van Pelt duo. They were amazing. Food was all very good and the service was very friendly. Would definitely return!

While we were staying at the Viking Hotel, we went to dinner and breakfast at the "One Bellevue restaurant. Dinner The bar service was great. The dinner food service were good but not exceptional. The restaurant was not busy but it was off season and a weekday. Breakfast They had a limited menu but a nice selection. Everything we tried was very good. The service was efficient. Again it was not busy
