Mcdonald's - Newport

They gave me extra whipped cream on my milkshake and extra sauce for my nuggets

It was a bad experience! We ordered by app and wait for 25 minutes! No one came out! When my husband went to ask, did he always ask the number???? And I went in there to ask her, they checked the order story there, she came up from the monitor show? Order! Someone has deleted our order and no excuse! No more in this place!

Training day at this McDonalds large brand new crew order taker got it right, two drinks, two quarter pounders and a large fry! The cashier got it right too!!! At the pickup window it was chaos (lol), but very polite. The bag came out with 2 cheeseburgers, large order of chicken tenders w/3 different sauces, 2 medium fries, and two drinks with 3 straws and no napkins (no problem, we have a glove box full of McDonalds napkins). As you know, once out the window there is no taking it back inside the window. But Hey, the drinks were absolutely good. Knowing the struggles that come with the new job, we asked for and received the 2 quarter pounders and kept the fries as delivered. The staff was very apologetic and sweet about getting out what was asked for. This is our favorite McDonalds and we look forward to seeing the results of training days come full circle. Thanks team see you soon!!!!

Would give them No stars if possible. Went late and the line was long and they were slow AF. My fries were cold and they gave me the wrong order. Would have went back but I was working and couldn't go back as my lunch period was ending. Would not recommend this establishment for a fresh late night meal.

Always fast. Food is good and warm. And they do not scare my order
