La Carreta Mexican - Newport

Here are a few times, had at least 4 different dish articles and all were fantastic. And undoubtedly the best happy hour in Newport. Every day, 4-8p. Definitely my place for large Mexican foods.

I always had a great meal here. The guys are always friendly and fast with service.

I moved here from El Paso, Texas, where I had access to some first class Mexican cuisine. I can confidently say that the quality you get in La Carreta is of this quality and far beyond all other competitors in the area. The restaurant is always very clean. Staff are very fast and friendly. You always remember you and the prices are unbeatable! Thanks Chemo and the team!

The food tasted authentic an was amazing. Food came out right away presentation was on point, didn't have to ask for refills on any drinks they just brought them as needed. Even other workers checked on us making sure we were good. Very friendly as well.. ????????

While I was waiting for my mother to get her hair done next door I went to eat at la Carreta. I love the #5 dinner with extra cheese. My meal came pretty fast, the waiter was very professional and helpful. I loved it and ate every bite. I would recommend it to anyone.
