After reflection, I changed my review. I need the people who read this to understand that I can't drink coffee I can't check the products. The staff is always friendly and seems to enjoy. I buy the coffee for my girlfriend, so I've been here a few times. I have no other complaints than waiting times. I know other coffee spots have the same problem and because of the lack of space for traffic. I have nothing negative... View all feedback.
What Sheryl Buel doesn't like about Human Bean:
I switched from Dutch bros to human bean a month ago I go daily most of the Bristas are freindly and my coffee is consistant. However they have a couple Bristas that don't greet you ! No hello good bye just total of order due.I was also taken back by the price increase I expected a increase but wow $2.00 increase on my largeCoffee a huge jump!!!! View all feedback.
One downside was the wait time; it felt longer than it should have, especially with only one car ahead of us. Nevertheless, the barista was very friendly, which made up for it. I also appreciated the cute little coffee bean garnish on both drinks. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the selection of sizes available, particularly the 8 oz option, which is not something I come across often.
The lines were quite long, but the coffee made it worthwhile. When I arrived, the young lady at the counter did not greet me; she just stared and didn't ask how I was or what I wanted. I ordered an iced Americano and a bagel. My first impression wasn’t great, but she did end our interaction with a "have a good day." On the whole, the coffee was fantastic, and the quality of the coffee beans was the real highlight. I rated the customer service a 4, but the coffee definitely deserves a 5!
Every time we visit this location, we end up with disappointing drinks that taste like plain milk. Today, I ordered a java chip and it was watery, with no chocolate in the cup, and it seemed like there was no coffee in it at all. Additionally, the staff is consistently silent throughout the entire interaction; they don’t say a word from the start to the end. When you reach the window, they just stare at you, which is really uncomfortable. I still make sure to tip at least $5 because I recognize that their job must be challenging, but it would be nice to hear a simple "Hello" or "What would you like?" I think I'll start supporting local coffee shops from now on.
I was able to order a 14 oz hot chocolate which, although it didn?t turn out to be what I had ordered, came with quick service and a positive farewell ???? I had ordered a 14 oz hot chocolate with a couple of shots of mint (which I found out were not added). Also, the hot chocolate didn?t have a whole lot of flavor to it (it tasted watered down). I would have left a review with less stars on it, but I figured that the barista was probably having a bad day or was inexperienced (she did look quite young). I hope if I go there again in the future my experience will be better.
The Cappuccinos are...... A cup of hot coffee flavored milk! The barista was nice. Probably not her fault she doesn't know how to make a cappuccino! The Biscotti's are great!
