Gurney's Newport Resort The Pineapple Club

Restaurant closed and did not let us know our reservation was cancelled and we were stuck with a party of 6 looking for another place to go at 7pm on a very busy Saturday night.

Thankfully the hotel changed hands last year and will start the process of remodeling. The place is very tired but has a spectacular view. The Pineapple club’s waitstaff was very nice but inattentive. Our waitress got our order wrong and totally forgot the French fries which we ended up receiving after we were almost finished with our meal

The food is always amazing, but today we could tell the chef put a little extra love into what he made.Aldo despite the heat, being very busy, and being short staffed, our server was extremely pleasant. And the view is always Spectacular.

Excellent view food and staff. The lobster was moderately priced for the area but was lots of sizable pieces. Def go back!

We were looking for a quick and easy poolside lunch. Unfortunately the kitchen was extremely slow and it just destroyed the experience. The food was good when it finally arrived but it was very overpriced. Setting was excellent, table was right next to the water with beautiful views.
