Forty 1 North - Newport

One notable aspect was the inconsistent demeanor of the staff. From the valet to the receptionist and bartender, most interactions were only met with a faint smile. The only exception was during checkout today, when I had a very pleasant conversation with the reception manager, who greeted me with a much warmer smile.

My partner and I recently stayed at Forty 1 North for our special weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised by how gracious, friendly, and accommodating the staff were, even though it was peak season. We had to make a last-minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were incredibly helpful. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant offered excellent food. The hotel's central location in the city is just perfect. It's also dog-friendly and family-friendly, making it a great spot for couples as well. We can't wait to return!

The wonderful staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and to provide us with a memorable experience the food was delicious, the morning coffee service started our day off on the right foot, and even though it was a bustling Memorial Day weekend, we had a quiet, peaceful spot to relax and refresh and enjoy the beautiful water views rooms were immaculate, quiet and so comfortable hope to be able to return one day

Our stay was great. Very clean. Very friendly. Great food. The wine pairing was very cool. We met nice people. I would definately stay here again. We had the continental breakfast sent to our room. It was awesome
