Firehouse Subs Highland Heights

Absolutely it would not recommend. Spend your money with Jersey Mikes or even Subway. Your portion size here is stupid small and for the price you could also get something that at least tastes good. I ordered 2 hot saucers by eating, they came here fast, but were soggy, cold tiny portions of sandwiches. I think I could count the number of paprika on 1 hand.

Not a fan. I do like their bread though. First time going last week and forgot my kids desserts (which I paid extra for) and my husband 's bowl of soup. Our sandwiches we 're cold (supposed to be hot) Said they would write down my name to get them (soup and desserts) free next time. Just went today and ordered inside and they forgot my soup again. when I said something they gave me the cup when I got a bowl. Also didn 't know you 're supposed to grab your own desserts when you order in, the cashier didn 't tell me. cuz I told them the desserts we 're missing too, they told me I was supposed to grab them by cash register (didn 't even notice them). The workers don 't seem like they enjoy working there at all. Don 't think I 'll be returning. I 'll stick to Jersey Mike 's or Penn station ?????

New ownership have completely transformed this location. The food is always good and fairly quick to get. The service is good and the store is clean.

The food here is excellent. There isn't much parking available, but it is normally not a problem. Their drink machine is a huge bonus. There are so many different options, it is insane! They are always very quick with my order, and I have never had a problem here during any of my visits. Go check it out!
