Chart House - Newport

We came here to celebrate and have a beautiful romantic dinner. The food was delicious and the wait service is always amazing. I visit Chart House nearly once a month. The picture I posted is the sunset view. Beautiful!!

Just trying this place for the first time, location is great, with the back wall are all windows that show the view of Cincinnati and the river. Our server was fantastic, everything from cleaning the crumbs before you when you take your dish to make excellent recommendations on entrees and pairings. I don't think I could find a single negative moment at dinner here. I will be a returning customer without any doubt.

Chart House was both a tasty and pleasant surprise! Having been my first visit I spent an evening trying various appetizers while my wife decided to try the strip steak. To start I had calamari with a marinara sauce and it was fresh, delicious and much more than I should have eaten. I proceeded to a seafood tower of crabmeat, avocado and diced mangos and spices and finished with oysters on the half shell. Eat of these dishes were prepared with care and were nothing short of wonderful! The strip steak was as tender and flavor filled as any I have ever had. The view was gorgeous and I can't say enough about how excellent the service was during our visit. We ended the evening with coffee and their famous mud pie. It was a memorable meal that definitely requires another visit! As Always, Enjoy!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. the food and drinks were excellent and had a table with a great view of the city. the waiting staff was extremely attentive. Finally, 't had a better experience and will certainly return. very recommended for all fans of seafood. we enjoyed our kokos garnelen appetizer, my wife enjoyed their chart their cure options with steak and shrimp, and the chef 's special (bronzed Mahi-Mahi with crab meat,) which I had excellent.

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere and a very knowledgeable waiter. the foods were carefully processed so that each part added its pieces. I am definitiw back.
