Never fails!! Always have a great meal. Friendly chatty staff. Fresh cooked food, delicious naans. Happy to wait as each meal is freshly cooked. Would highly recommend this place. Doesn't look much from the outside or inside but the food is the important thing. Will continue to frequent this place View all feedback.

Bengal Palace Restaurant Newport Service and Customer dealing is not good and we will give the 1 out of 5 and also way of talking with customer is also not good. Last time when we searched this restaurant on google and went there at Night for dinner. First order the snacks and he told we will give all the order starters main course simultaneously then then we will provide you which was not good for us) and then we waited 2 hour approx for getting these starters and dinner and also noon was there for taking care about customer, when we asked about dinner after 1 half hour : They replied : Our team member will start cook and will provide you after 20 minute... : . But also Food Quality i.e. Vegetable curries was also not too good quality.
