I couldn't resist trying the large custard pastries, and I was not disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking the time to chat with customers. Their breakfast options are also delicious. On a later visit, I tried the lamb dish and it was absolutely amazing. This has become my go-to meal at this restaurant. It's the perfect comfort food on a cold winter day. I am very satisfied with my dining experience here.

I work just up Charles St from here, and am a regular customer. Breakfast is the best I have had for years lovely scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, spot on. Jacket potatoes are great too. Definitely recommended!
