I stopped by for fuel this morning, and a woman on the staff served me. I believe in acknowledging great service when I see it. Her customer service was exceptional—much better than what you typically expect from BP staff. She was polite, friendly, chatty, and cheerful, which is a fantastic way to start the day. Everyone could use that kind of positive interaction. I only write reviews when the experience is either terrible or outstanding, and in this case, it was definitely the latter. Well done to her! As for fuel prices, they’re decent, though a bit high at BP, but overall, it was a good customer experience.
Kathy is one of the most delightful people I've met, always greeting you with a smile and a friendly demeanor. Keep up the great work, Kathy!
What can I say? These folks were incredible. My partner filled up his car and then realized he had forgotten his wallet. Feeling quite embarrassed, he approached the night window and was greeted with understanding and kindness. He was totally taken aback, but thrilled with how the person behind the window responded, and came home raving about the experience. The next day, it was just as easy to go in and pay. A lovely lady was working, but she had all the paperwork ready to go. I give them a 10/10!
There is a lady with tattoos. She is very very rude behaviour with customers. Using sach a bad words without reason. And some team members said can't use gift cards for buying tobacco. Some team members accept to buy tobacco. Overall customer service is very very very bad. I don't want come again to this store in future.
