Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We stopped to eat and take a short rest after 4 hours of driving on March 12, 2024 7:12PM. A quick wash up turned into a disgusting challenge to get in and out without getting anything on you. After that horrifying experience, I told the only guy at the front far left register that the bathrooms were in seriously bad shape and in need of attention. He did not acknowledge that I was even speaking. So, I looked at my navigator/copilot and said, What do you think? He says, I think he [the guy at the register] may be the reason the bathroom smells and looks like human filth and feces. I completely agreed and decided that we would not be getting Hepatitis A or gastritis from Zaxby 's at least that night and left. The county health department needs to close that place down until it 's employees take cleanliness and sanitation seriously.

When we received our food inside of the restaurant. When we opened the bag, it was as if someone elses trash was in our food. When we told the two girls at the front register, they just laughed at us. The girl on the receipt (Makayla H) was one of the girls that laughed at us. We don't know if they did it on purpose (since they were laughing at us) or not.If it were up I would give 0 stars in the review, it was disgusting. And horrible behavior from the two girls who just laughed at us.

Thus Zaby’s used to be great. But now it is disgusting. Food has gone down. Service is horrible. Really disappointing.

It's been years since the last time I was at Zaxbys. First time at this one. Not very clean. One of my pet peeves about places to eat is when one of the servers comes out to clean a table and they barely wipe the table pushing the debris from the table onto the seats. Yuck. I figured I'd give them one more chance. Never again. I went in for a Zaxby salad. It wasn't bad. But the filth of the restaurant ruined everything. ?
