Wnb Factory Wings Burger - Newnan

Absolutely horrible service. I placed a scheduled timed pick up. When I arrived at my scheduled time, my food had been sitting on the counter for almost 40 minutes. The store refused to remake my order, claiming they are too busy and due to my order being placed on THEIR website I have to contact Doordash to get my money back. If I could give them zero stars I would.

My wife wanted to call me a command I wanted to pick up when I was going to work. she was 30 minutes in the hand when I arrived, I called her and asked if she would submit our command. she informed me that she was still in hand. when I went to the place, the two people were empty behind the counter. I asked if they were open because I was neither welcomed nor acknowledged. they said they were, and I went on to ask why they did not respond to calls, because my wife was still in the grip and nobody ever came back. I was blown away like anything and what I wanted to order. if I were to set zero stars. I will never go back and no one I know will never go there. pathetic!

Eating is always fresh and hot when ordering, prices are for what they get!

Service isn't really the best but the burgers are really good! They don't have any seating inside so everything has to be to go! If youre wanting great service, I wouldn't come here..... But if you're like me.....a hungry teenager who's on break from work and you want a good burger, then I highly recommend it haha!

They have amazing food! Fairly priced and the workers are very nice. Also, my food is always ready in no time!
