Tomo Japanese - Newnan

Although the interior may prompt you to leave early to secure a table, the food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and the prices are unbelievable! After moving from Decatur and missing our old sushi spot, we decided to give this place a try and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability. I highly recommend it!

This is definitely one of my favorite spots for sushi. While the service isn't always perfect, the sushi is consistently delicious! It's a bit cramped in terms of seating, so I usually like to visit during their quieter times.

Tomo is a fantastic hidden gem in Newnan that you shouldn't overlook, even though it's located in a Publix shopping center. The sushi is consistently fresh and beautifully presented, even for takeout. The service is exceptional, and it's worth noting that Tomo gets quite busy, especially during high school football season! It's a favorite not just of mine, but also of my 17-year-old son and his friends. I'm really pleased that they enjoy this place as one of their go-to spots instead of opting for fast food!

Wonderful Japanese. I read the review by David entitled 'Japanese in name only ' and must say I think he is wrong. My Daughter-in-Law lived in Japan for a number of years while her husband was in the service. I told her about the TOMO Japanese restaurant at Thomas Crossroads in Newnan. She agreed to try it and it turned out she loved it. She said it is the best Japanese restaurant she has been to since she got back state side. Now whenever she comes to visit me she wants to go to TOMO to eat. In fact she is driving up with a friend today and called me because they want to go to TOMO’s for dinner!

I love this place! Fantastic sushi and food. Excellent price and quality.
