O'charley's - Newnan

I gave this place 3 stars because they were willing to fix the biggest mess up My burgers were char burnt and food sloppily prepared and cooked. I contacted them and they did fix it. Maybe I was already too turned off so it stand out to me or anything but it was decent once it was prepared over. Overall you may get better food and service dining in.

We ordered the Spinach Dip, Pork Chop and Ribs, and Cedar Plank Salmon. We decided to bring most of the food home to heat it up to eat.

The server was very kind, however the actual food was fairly subpar. We had an over cooked burger and an under seasoned salmon. Unfortunately we did not have a phenominal experience.

Well, my wife and I had a tough week and wanted a nice dinner out. As Groucho once said, I 've had a perfectly marvelous evening- but this wasn 't it. Ordered IBC root beer and Sam Adams draft. No IBC, no Sam Adan 's. Settled for strawberry lemonade and Yuengling bottle. Ordered chopped steak (medium) and fish and chips. Got a chopped steak so immolated and tough that she couldn 't cut it, far less eat it. Got fish which, though kind of tasty, was also overdone and coated with a batter so thick and overcooked that it crunched loudly and painfully when chewed, on chips which were undercooked and very salty. They redid the utterly-inedible chopped steak but it was equally well-done, just not scorched to solid toughness on the outside. They discounted some and offered to make it right but I seriously doubt we 'll be going back. An utterly UN-enjoyable evening.

Wasn 't feeling well today, so decided to pick dinner up for myself. My birthday was last week, and I hadn 't used the free cobbler coupon that the restaurant emailed me. I arrived at the restaurant about 4 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I had received a text message confirming my order and giving instructions for pickup. I texted back that I was here as instructed and waited. After 15 minutes, I called the restaurant and told them I was still waiting. Someone brought my food out immediately. The food was barely warm...probably because it had been sitting on a counter for the 15 minutes I waited in their parking lot. The rolls were overdone. I had selected the peach cobbler, put received a container clearly marked apple. Not sure that I 'll go back.
