Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This restaurant most always has a pleasant atmosphere. It appeared the last two times being there we were greeted with new and younger servers. Of course, I asked to confirm. First occasion... The young lady when returning from the kitchen area appeared each time teary-eyed and distressed. With that being said she maintained her position and never skipped a beat with her services... After a few moments I looked at her and said... You 're doing a good job, No actually.. A Great Job!. And each guest at the table chimed in and did the same. She smiled and said Thank You So Much!Second occasion... The young lady appeared not so concerned with her service at all. She never smiled. We had to ask for condiments such. butter, jelly, water)...When she was returning to the kitchen area... she was making negative gestures with her head and hands to another co-worker... And they were both laughing. After waiting for a while we asked another server to retrieve her to our table so we could get the ticket/receipt to pay. She returned and said it 's already on the table... She then reached underneath something on the table and handed it to us... I responded.. There was no way we could have seen it there ... And told her Kindly..,Thank You!... ?️I SAY!!!... Positive Attitude with Gratitude Goes a Long Way! And By Chance Could Bring to You The Dream of A Lifetime!And still the service was good! ?

Staff was nice but everything I tried to order they were completely out of. They need to put a sign up saying that had I known I would’ve went somewhere else. My kids ended up eating but I didn’t eat anything.

The service was incredibly slow. There were not many people there either. We had to look for our waitress every time we needed something.

Food was great! Always a little too cold in this place! Our server Sara was very attentive and kind.Parking: There is always ample parking spaces available.

My service provider was very nice and efficient when it came to servicing my needs.
