very disappointing, food tasted blah , used to be much better ,service is ok décor is nice variety is good but the food needs improvement ,and need o use fresh ingredients all the time even if it needs to dispose old seafood must do so not offer to customers and desert should be fresh not too old .if improves the taste might be a good choice in Newmarket to Dine View all feedback.
We've had dinner at Mamma Mia a few times over the years and have not had a bad experienceI've also attended twice with my book club.
Mama Mia has been around for a while and at this location for a couple years.
Dark and dingyGot the sense that this place should have closed a while ago.
I often forget there is a restaraunt in this location.Greeted by hostess who was friendly, seated us right away and conversed with us about the special menu offerings We ordered the three course dinner and it was delicious. Helpings were generous and I brought home some of the entree .
We've been going to this restaurant for many years now. The food and services is always great. It's not super fancy, but still a nice cozy space . The penne ala vodka is AMAZING and addictive. The wood oven pizza if fantastic, the dough is the best I've ever tasted ( thin, light and slightly crispy) our favourite is the Calabria with Carmelized onions, bacon, asiago.
