What User doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
The experience was average. My shrimp was overcooked and the potato and corn dish had large, hard pieces of raw potato in it. The rolls were hot and fresh, and the steaks were cooked well. However, the mixed drinks were weak. The server was friendly and attentive. I may give this place another try in the future. View all feedback.
A part of the restaurant was closed due to personal lack. today's dinning was good. the personal was sufficient. my steak was over boiled and my wife steak was under boiled. not very gluten-free friendly. a good afternoon.
We had a awesome lunch here. We could tell they are under staffed and that the servers were working very hard to meet everyone's needs. They did a great job. Steaks were very tasty. All and all great time
Like Texas Roadhouse. But I've been there twice recently. Both times I've ordered my food medium and it's come out Well done. First time they wanted to recook it and it came out. Well done again. I told the server don't worry about it. I went last week, ordered my food medium and it came out. Well done again. As I said I like Texas Roadhouse but not the one in Newington.
After an anticipated 30 minute wait we were seated at a nice clean table- we had fast attentive servers. We had excellent food. Our main waitress was exceptionally on top of everything.. Simply Awesome
For starters we did a call ahead seating for 7 with just one child in the group and was told there was no way possible we could all sit together the girl on the phone was very rude and inconsiderate so after a few minutes we requested at least to have our tables next to each other when we arrived the hostess was just as rude as the girl on the phone possibly same girl and sat us as a party of 3 and then a party of 4 in separate rooms I wasn't even with my family or child. We all felt rushed on ordering no time to have a few drinks and relax I have been coming there for years love the food but my grilled chicken salad was not very good at all my chicken was burnt black brought it home to my dog my husband's T bone steak asked for medium well was burnt around the edges and raw cold in the middle overall was a really bad experience not sure if I'd rush back anytime soon..highly disappointed ?
