There is also fresh chicken and other items in the refrigerated case. They offer a beautiful selection of rubs and spices that you may not have seen before. I requested three custom-cut porterhouse steaks and asked the butcher for his advice on how to prepare them. He recommended taking them out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking and searing them in a cast iron pan. I also purchased a bottle of rub that he suggested for a light sprinkle before broiling the steaks. The only advice the butcher forgot to give me was that I would need three plates for these massive steaks, as one plate would not be large enough to accommodate them. Time is running short - get your orders in before the big game!

This is a wonderful family-owned restaurant. They offer delicious pre-made meals with fresh and affordable options. I highly recommend trying it out.

Plus good conversation!The osso bucco was without a doubt the best thing I've made in the last 6 months. I had to add this picture and commend on how fresh, and wonderful the product was.
