Service here sucks. Had to tell them how to make my order. Long wait time. I had to apply butter on my bagel myself.

Last few times I went the coffee was burnt. Sucks cause this place used to be really good.

Honestly lets be real here, if i'm gonna spedn money on some sandwhiches and a drink, i expect that to be the only thing charged to my card. I understand mistakes happen and it's normal for things to go a different way, but if i ask you to POLITELY give me my money back for an item i didnt order, i expect that to ne done with no attitude. Why do i have to be given the nastiest responses all because i didnt wanna pay for something i didnt order? Listen i love dunkin, but honestly this was one of my worst experiences here. Not only that, but it's pretty grimey in there and my bacon egg and cheese sandwhich was still cold in the center when i tried to take a bite into it. At least cook my food properly guys.

These employees need to fix their additude. When my mother was handed food they forgot something, she was charged for it and asked for money back and all she was given was additude. Y'all really tried to make my mother look stupid by saying she didn't order it when she was literally charged for it. Why is it so hard for yall to give money back.Me or her don't plan on coming back, and I hope the employee and manager get dealt with. All that additude but once those big lashes ugly are off you look like the donkey from shrek bsfr rn. If you can't handle being nice to the people putting money in your hands don't work there.?

One lady was very rude and had a lot of attitude. She and the manager even made my friend cry. She took our order, then proceeded to tell us we didn’t order something when we were charged for it. My friend was only trying to get her money back, and they also tried to get us inside. The manager also got involved and they just gave us a really hard time. They were giving us so much attitude and being rude. Can’t believe they blame us for forgetting the order or trying to scam us! I think the lady had big lashes as well.
