If you are staying at the associated Premier Inn, you will probably eat here. It is best to book as they do get very busy, otherwise you may need to wait quite a while. I popped in here with a work colleague and ordered the steak n chips, the steak was cooked as per my request which was great. What casswife doesn't like about Thyme Premier Inn Docklands London:
We ate here on our first night and were not impressed with the food, especially taking into consideration the cost! We made sure we'd eaten before we returned to the hotel on the following two evenings! View all feedback.
If you plan on dining here, make sure to make a reservation at least ten weeks in advance, and place your food order at the same time. Our food took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, and when it did, we had to send it back because it had been sitting under the heat lamps for 15 minutes. We could have gone on a package holiday and returned before our food was served. The only positive thing about this restaurant is that there is nothing noteworthy about it.
Came here because of good ratings here. Well… when waiters don’t know neither their job nor the food they serve, it gets kinda difficult. Food was better than the professionalism and service. Dissappointed Could have been good with proper management and staff with the slightest experience

Services was good considering they were very busy, staff were efficient enough.
I dined at this restaurant while staying at the Premier Inn. I ordered two kids meals for a total of 8 pounds, which I thought was a great value. I couldn't find any faults with the place.
Staff are very friendly, but seem understaffed. Food was fine, not exceptional but didn't expect it to be. There is a good meal deal for 2 courses, a drink and breakfast the next day, £25 which is quite good value and did the trick.
