Tucked behind the main strip in canning town, the pub with the parrot. He was looking at me a little funny but it's to be expected. The beer list is all macro lagers, no cask beer or hazy pale ales on offer here. It was quiet with the horse racing on the TV, very brightly lit establishment with a pool table at the back. I highly recommend this pub in Canning Town as the best in the area. It is truly the hidden gem of the East End with superb service, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere.
For the very short time was there I felt that it has a very homely atmosphere: whether seated at the bar or at the tables, the decor made you feel that you were all a family having a day or night out together. Approachable and accommodating staff.

I woul very strongly recommend this pub. Again thanks for making my wife and I welcome a truly warming pub. Thanks again. Mr. Mrs Graham Ealham.
