Contribute FeedbackLocated directly across from Theatre Royal Stratford East, this large restaurant with long glass walls offers a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality and service, the standout was waiter Mohammad, who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Although the location can be busy, the fresh food and efficient, friendly service make it a solid choice for a pre-theatre meal. Customers also appreciated the Prosecco deal. Overall, while some diners were unimpressed with certain dishes, the welcoming staff and convenient location make Pizza Express in Stratford a reliable option for a quick, affordable meal.
Mohammed served us and was fabulous from beginning to end, very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He recommended dishes, brought exactly what we ordered without writing it down, and remembered who ordered what so when it came to the bill, he itemised each of our group separately so we could each pay our own, and was absolutely correct. An amazing asset to the place.
Stopped in to eat next door to the cinema me and my partner were at, we were in a bit of a hurry but thank you to Mohammed for giving a efficient and speedy service, was just what we needed! Food was great and the wine even better!
This was a midweek quick visit, nothing could really be faulted. The Pizza was well cooked and tasty and the service friendly.
Simion and the team were very nice and professional. The food was amazing! I really enjoyed my pizza, it was perfectly cocked. The restaurant is very nice, clean and the ambient is very zen. Amazing vibes !!! Highly recommend it
