Reviews - Dunkin'
Reviews summary
In the bustling realm of Dunkin’ Donuts in New Hampshire, customer experiences vary widely. While some patrons commend the friendly service and promptness at the drive-thru—highlighting delightful breakfast fare like croissants and muffins—others express discontent with disorganized service, insufficient staffing, and issues with kiosk orders. Complaints about upkeep, inconsistent coffee quality, and unprofessional behavior from staff paint a less favorable picture. Amidst the mixed reviews, it’s clear that this location stands out for its warmth and approachability, yet faces challenges in maintaining consistency and efficiency that could deter loyal customers.
Was Melissa L Call at Dunkin' a mag?
As usual, the drive-thru was busy. However, when we went inside to order, the young man assisted us by placing the order on the cash register instead of using the kiosk. Thank you for your help! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 View all feedback.
What Jenny Maurer dislikes about Dunkin':
It's a good coffee shop. The place was quite busy since it was a Saturday morning on a lovely day. Service was a bit slow, but the staff worked hard despite the crowd. The coffee and muffins were exactly what you would expect from Dunkin' Donuts. View all feedback.

Bought a large black iced coffee for 3.90 and didn't even get a full cup. It was missing 1/4 cup or more and they refused to add any more coffee because it's company policy. Since I'm not getting half a cup of ice, I lose out on a full cup..? Dunkin has become such a joke. I'm paying 4/coffee at most locations and not even getting it filled up depending on where I go- some places will gladly add more (good customer service!! some nickel dime you (they care more about than you or your feedback . This is one of those locations. I used to work for dunkin my managers would have never allowed me to serve customers something if it wasn't accurate or properly filled up. Most dunkins iced coffees are watered down hence why I don't get ice but it's a bit ridiculous that I can't get the same amount of coffee without ice. The coffee I got already was watered down, too, so if I got ice, it would have been closer to drinking water.
Asked for a large hot chocolate, they barely filled it up past the halfway point! This photo was taken before I drank any of it. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

I have been to this location quite a few times, and nearly all of them I have used the drive thru. When I have gone through here, I have always had something wrong with my order. My usual order is two blue raspberry energy punches with two plain bagels, one for myself and one for my sister. These items are fairly hard to mess up. I will order these items, and every time something is wrong. Once I was given two strawberry punches and one bagel. We had to sit in the line for twice as long while they remade the order, and they managed to mess it up again, giving me the correct drinks but an everything bagel instead of a plain bagel. They had to remake it once again before finally getting it right. I understand how they could have heard wrong at the drive thru microphone, but after hearing it in person, I was shocked that they had messed it up again. I expected a quick in and out, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get everything correct. The food itself tasted alright, I have definitely had better, but this was nowhere near the worst.

Andrew was extremely nice and very patient. It's crazy in there right now for free donut day and he stayed very calm and kind to everyone while we were there. The woman w the colored hair, I don't know her name, is always very nice to my daughter and I also: Thank you guys!!
The price used to be so good, now however is like going to Starbucks. I hate it, but I like the people at DD. The food is fast and the veggie egg white on flat bread is so good plus it is the healthiest thing on the menu. The people at DD are really patient and understand the struggle of going out to get a coffee and go back home when I'm sick. This place I recommend to someone who wants to get food and drinks.
Despite the young Blonde girl being the only worker in the store and having the drive threw the only thing open because the Manager can't do her Job.. our egg and cheese croissant was amazing!! It melted in my mouth! Wish there were more hard workers out there like her!
The egg wraps were very good. Another place we got them the wraps was warm but the eggs were very cold. Won't go there again

This used to be our go-to spot, but the coffee just doesn't hit the same anymore. The last time we tried to go, they were closed because they didn't have enough staff.
Always dirty and short on help..management brings children in and they run amuck
The staff at this restaurant are always incredibly friendly and personable. Without a doubt, this Dunkin' location is the best in the southern New Hampshire and seacoast area.

I decided to order from the kiosk for the first time and forgot to add a side of cream for my coffee. When my hot coffee arrived, I had to remind them about the donuts I had already paid for. It felt like my request was an inconvenience to a middle-aged female staff member. When I asked for just one cream for my coffee, I was instructed to go back in line, place a new order, and pay for it separately – all for just a single cream. Because of this experience, I won't be coming back.

Terrible customer service and calculated me $3 for an espresso shot this place is an absolute sweat just going somewhere else
Worst Dunkin's ever. 20 minutes and saw a dozen people come back with their orders made wrong
The past 3 experiences I have had at this Newmarket NH have been unbelievable. I always tipped the servers, spoke politely, was patient for my service. The workers there purposely crushed my muffins. I went back the 3rd time and showed them my muffin and requested a new one. Yet, I was still treated poorly as if I was a bother. Why would they treat a paying customer so awful? Terrible customer service to say the least! I took pictures of my muffins to bad I don't know how to post the pics.
I waited for 10 minutes inside the restaurant, despite having pre-ordered on the app. They made the wrong drink and didn’t acknowledge me when I tried to get their attention to resolve the issue. I was running late for work, so I unfortunately had to leave with a coffee that I really didn’t enjoy.
