What Forrest L doesn't like about Artisan Tavern Garden:
As guests of the Four Columns Inn you would expect excellent service right? This restaurant was so disappointing. Nothing is more upsetting than seeing guests that arrive well after you being served before you. Interminable wait for entree to arrive simply not acceptable. And an entree that is lukewarm is the ultimate insult to a discerning diner. Not worth it regardless of the quality if it can’t be served in a time... View all feedback.
We had two meals at the bar. The food was excellent, especially the mussels and the steak, but everything we had was terrific (and we are super critical food curmudgeons...)But even nicer was the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly and interesting to talk with (especially trading travel stories with bartender Quinn). It made for an unusually enjoyable dining experience and we can't wait to return!

The farm to table menu had many different choices. The food was visually appealing and delicious. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable .
