We are truly saddened to learn that our favorite stop on our Sunday drives will soon be gone. We wish you both nothing but the best in your retirement. We have always cherished our visits with you, especially how Rhonda would mysteriously appear from the kitchen to chat with us, as if she knew we had arrived!
Warmest wishes,
Elaine and Frank Soos View all feedback.
What Jamie Stenger doesn't like about April's Diner:
Food is great and a lot for your price. HOWEVER....people are smoking in here as we eat and yet no smoking signs are posted. Other then the smoking in here, good was so good! View all feedback.

This is a wonderful spot to experience delicious food and great company! I highly recommend everyone come and enjoy the home-cooked meals and warm atmosphere.
I've never been disappointed when I stop by this place. The breakfast options are fantastic—everything is fresh, hot from the griddle, and not at all greasy. For two people, we had more than enough food, and it only cost $16! The waitress was also really friendly.
This restaurant was fantastic! It's affordable, and the portion sizes are generous, so you won't leave feeling hungry. They serve breakfast all day—I ordered the biscuit bowl (half order, $4.99), which came with home fries and biscuits drenched in sausage gravy. Even though I got a half order, I still had leftovers to take home. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt. Long live Newell Diner!
