Wendy's - Newcomerstown

Ordered a Taco Salad. The guy put the chili directly on the salad instead of putting the chili in the cup and said they've always done it that way. So by the time we got home and I started to eat my salad the lettuce was completely wilted. I tried to call them but no answer. I've been ordering their Taco Salad for years and never had this happen. They need retrained.

I am very disappointed with the employees. My dad slipped and fell, and not one person tried to help him up. As a matter of fact, they were laughing and snickering at him. Luckily, a friend of ours and her husband were in there, and he assisted us. They didn't even check to see if he was ok or file a report of any kind. Shame on you, Coshocton Wendy's!

The employees need to be taught to allow the coffee to COMPLETELY finish brewing before they take any. I even told the woman that it would make the coffee too strong and she kept arguing with me and making excuses. Also, that is one of the top 5 most DISGUSTING restrooms I've ever had the misfortune of having to use. I was a truck driver for 14 years. I've seen truckstop restrooms so dirty they had mushrooms growing in the corners and this restaurant restroom is almost that bad. There was even filth in the corners near the checkout counter. I don't want to even think about how filthy the kitchen must be.
