Subway - Newcomerstown

This subway used to have great employees but the dinner time employees I’ve had the last few visits have been terrible the girl could not focus or listen to anything that the customers have told her and the guy kept wandering around the store aimlessly the subs were messy and cold by the time they got around to putting toppings on them. Please do better.

I didn’t know they started closing before 10. I try to come early like tonight, a little before 9:20 and they are closed as always.

Stopped in to get subs for dinner. There were 2 other customers in line waiting to place their orders, but I guess the call-in orders take priority over the customers that are actually standing there. We left after about 5 minutes of waiting.

One was this one worker who flipped a 13-year-old off for going metal detecting with his friend down by a river and that 13 year old person was me what a a if you ever go to that subway and see a young looking worker say wow imagine being a jerk to a 13 year

This location has some pretty great employees, but my complaint would be that the drink machine is often down for EXTENDED periods of time. This forces you to buy a bottled drink, and it costs more than the fountain drinks, and you get less. They could at least match the fountain drinks prices until they get the machine fixed considering I'm paying more for less by being forced the upcharge for an bottled drink with my meal. It's not the first time this new machine has been down for a long period of time. At least make some sweet tea... How long does it take to fix a drink machine???? Come on, Mr. Owner. You're charging enough in this town, how about taking care of things like this a little quicker?
