The restaurant in question has recently obtained a liquor license, meaning they no longer allow patrons to bring their own alcohol. Unfortunately, the wine list was severely lacking, with limited options and inconsistencies such as running out of certain varieties. The food received mixed reviews, with some dishes being tough or inedible. Complaints were made, but the resolution was not satisfactory for some guests. On the positive side, the atmosphere was noted to be enjoyable, with interesting decor and a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Service was a standout for some diners, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, opinions on the food and experience were varied, with some patrons vowing to never return while others would return for the quality of the meals and service.

Was Courtney Altenwerth at Three Bears Kitchen a mag?
This was our first visit here and it won't be our last. Good coffee and very friendly service which we live. I had a New York Ruben sandwich. It was full of flavor and just nice to eat. Wife wasn't overly hungry so only had raisin toast, but that was also really good. Such a nice place to relax and eat. View all feedback.
What Mable Crona dislikes about Three Bears Kitchen:
This place has recently become licensed and don't allow byo. One of my pet hates is restaurants that say no byo then proceed to offer the worst and non existent wine list ever. This place had one Shiraz (sorry we've run out), one cab sav (sorry we have one bottle but no more if want another glass), how about a gin & tonic (they brought a gin & soda) oh we don't have tonic (are you serious?). Our last 2 glasses of win... View all feedback.
Had breakfast here. Good quality food and great coffee, but what stood out was the service which was excellent. The place is a converted industrial building and retains a heap of character and quirkyness. Would return again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Moroccan feast for a family get together. Our favourite dishes were the lentil soup, the tender lamb tagine and dessert, of course! We were certainly not left hungry!! Thanks Tony for your attentive service and conversation. Thanks Chef for a tasty meal. PS: Great coffee, friendly staff and nice atmosphere breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Cami in for brunch yesterday great atmosphere and very friendly staff; and the coffee and food were very tasty and well presented. I would recommend stopping in here to anyone looking for excellent food in a relaxed atmosphere
