Milano's On The Lake - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Milano's On The Lake:
I had my wedding at this restaurant. The venue was fantastic, but that's where the positives end. I had to constantly chase the wedding/events coordinator multiple times for the invoice and copies of receipts, only to discover that we had been overcharged.
