The Engine Inn At Walbottle

The engine inn was visited yesterday for the first time with the woman and the children. our Sunday dinners were fantastic, very cheap and the service was excellent! we will definitely go back!

Lovely food nice and hot, not enough staff for how busy it was

Just had Sunday lunch here for the first time and I must say the food was delicious. Everything was cooked fresh (no frozen) and you could tell in the taste. I had the beef and it melted in my mouth and the portions were very good. The staff were friendly and polite and there was a nice atmosphere in the place. I will definitely be going back and would recommend you give it a try.

Nice surprise just out for a drive when we came across this lovely bar. Thought we would have a meal. Really nice welcome from staff. Food was very good service was excellent and prices were competitive. Would recommend this Inn.

Food was very nice. Fish n chips was great, large fish plenty chips. Sausage and mash very tasty, me big yorkie pud could have been a little bigger, but couldn't manage a sweet. Staff very welcoming friendly and helpful.
