Took the family there yesterday. Having been lots of times before and mostly been very happy. I ordered the cod and King prawns in a chilli sauce. When it eventually came it was easy to see the cod had been a frozen piece defrosted then cooked.. it was very watery with zero taste. Very friendly and good service and a nice informal ambience. The food is very standard Geordie Italian fare, but is well priced and generous sized portions
This is a great spot for pasta lovers. The pasta I had was really tasty - penne with a creamy tomato sauce. My friend tried the calzone and really liked it.
The staff was wonderful and the food arrived promptly! It was great value for money - my partner and I enjoyed three courses each and two drinks for only £31! The food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic tasting food. Would recommend the chicken Kiev. Massive portion brilliant chips and veg was cooked to perfection.
